Guidelines for authors ( poster session )

We plan to organize a virtual poster session with separate chat rooms for presenters. Therefore, please prepare a poster in an electronic version of the .ppt or .pdf presentation.

The poster should have maximum 5 slides including Title, Affiliations, Motivation, Methods, Results, Conclusions, and References.

The poster presenter will provide a short presentation condensed in content at the request of people visiting the chatroom and asking questions analogously to communication taking place during a real poster session.

Deadline for Poster Session registration: 25.09.2020

Special abstract requirements

Due to the limitations of the online poster session formula, a limited number of submissions are available to be accepted. Due to the limitations, we are forced to limit the number of posters. Therefore, the peer review process by the committee is introduced.

Submissions to this conference are due no later than 20 September 2020 and must include 2-page PDF summary (for committee review). Expanded content is not necessary and will not be considered; please limit your summary to 2 pages.
